Service Cancellation by Client
Clients can make a cancellation request anytime, simply by contacting our support team at business@webcluestechnology.com or giving a call at +(91) 9119727476.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in written form and will be acknowledged within 24 to 48 hours.
Cancellation Before Project Commencement
If the project has not been initiated by the team, a full refund will be provided, while deducting the administrative fee.
Cancellation After Project Commencement
If the team has started working on the project, the refund will be calculated on the basis of project completion. Also, third-party expenses will be deducted from the actual refund amount.
Monthly and Recurring Services
The client must make a cancellation request before 30 days for services like SEO, PPC, and Social Media Management.
Services will continue until the end of billing, no partial refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
The refund amount is applicable only if Webclues Technology is not able to deliver services as per the agreed terms.
Dissatisfaction due to any subjective reason will be considered after a review, and a refund may be offered at the discretion of management.
Non-Refundable Services
No refund for:
Services that have been delivered or fully completed.
Delay in delivery due to lack of communication or failure to share any necessary information.
Third-party fees include hosting charges, domain registration, and paid advertisements.
Client Responsibility
A seamless cancellation or refund process is in the control of the client:
Deliver clear and concise project requirements.
Respond to our requests on time.
Raising concerns during the project rather than after a successful completion from our team.
Unexpected Events
Webclues Technology shall not be answerable for any delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to any unforeseen happenings, as these are beyond our control. It includes natural disasters, war, pandemics, and changes in governmental regulations.
Settlement Process
In a situation of disagreement about cancellation or refund, both parties will a try to resolve the matter on a mutual decision. If an agreement can not be delivered, the dispute will be settled on behalf of the laws of India.
